Our Workouts

At LR50 our workouts set us apart. Each day, our instructor-led workouts will work out key areas for strength, stamina, energy, and cardio health.

Monday

MUSCLE MONDAYS

Get your week started off right with our strength training class in a group training format. This time-based workout will help you build lean muscle and a  tight core amid plenty of good vibes.

Tuesday

Turn It Up Tuesdays

Get prepared to sweat to our unique cardio circuit. These fast-paced cardiovascular group workouts are designed to increase calorie burn during and after the workout.

Wednesday

Way Up Wednesdays

It’s time to turn up the volume during this mid-week class. This strength training circuit is all about becoming stronger and pushing your body without compromising proper form.

Thursday

Fire Thursdays

Push yourself to achieve new personal records and a higher calorie burn during this intense (but fun!) cardio workout. The high-energy music will keep you moving to the beat. Our trainers will be there to guide you every step of the way.

Friday

Freestyle Fridays

Come ready to celebrate the end of the week at LR50 gym with high fives and high energy. This hybrid class combines cardio and strength training for maximum results.

Saturday

Uptown Saturdays

Our must-attend signature “Uptown” class will combine cardio, strength training, and plyometric moves while our live DJ plays high-energy tunes. Get ready to sweat, become stronger, and work toward your wellness goals in a fully supportive community.
